The Best Oreo Cupcake

Ingredients:
4  eggs
1cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
1 large chocolate pudding
1/2 cup of water
Semi - Sweet Chocolate Chips
About 6 very  chopped Orea.
With the addition of chocolate chips and chopped Oreos, Really awesome treat.
Frosting:
1 package of cream cheese 8oz at room temperature
4 cup powder Sugar
1tb Vanilla extract
1 container of cool whipped  8oz ( thawed )

Method:
Bake in cupcakes liners for  about 18 - 20 min 180c
While the cupcakes cool make the frosting.
Beat Cream cheese and Vanilla together until smooth and fluffy slowly add in the sugar while continuing to mix the cream cheese mixture.
On low speed add in cool whipped. You may need to allow the frosting to setup in cupcake and squeeze a little frosting into the centre. You will see the cupcakes puffup.
The frost the Cupcakes like normal and sprinkle with crushed Oreo.
If you'd like, Stick a piece of leftover Oreo in the frosting, for a little flair and extra cookie goodness.

Vanilla Cupcakes with butter cream

Ingredients:
150gms butter
200gms sugar
3 large eggs
1tesp Leamon glum
1tesp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup  Flour
1tbsp milk
1tesp Baking powder
1/2 salt

Method:
Preheated Oven on 180c
Sieve flour, baking powder
Beat butter add caster Sugar and beat more with electric beater.
Add eggs one by one, add vanilla extract and fold flour with spatula. Bake it 20 minutes.
For iceing:
130 gms butter
230gm iceing sugar sfifed
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
1-2 drop food colours ( green yellow )

Strawberry and pineapple pastries.

Time 20 - 25 minutes
Preheated Oven to 180c degree
Ingredients:
Eggs 6
Caster sugar 6oz
Flour  6oz
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Method:
Preheated Oven to 180c degree
Spread egg yolk and egg white
Egg yolk,Vanilla extract, sugar beat it.
Beat egg whites very well.
Egg yolk mixture pour into egg white with
Spatula gantly fold the flour. Spread cake mixture into cake pan and bake. Bake for 20 minutes 25 min . Until then toothpick inserted in centre come out clean. Cool layers in pan on wire rack 10min. Looser edges and remove to racks to cool completely.
Cut into two layers or three layers topping with friut syrup and fresh cream. Then small chopped strawberry or pineapple chopped cubs on it.
Pineapple finally chopped keep on it. Spong crumb and greated coconut mix it.leftover crumbs. Fresh cream apply all sides of the Pastries. Then crumb apply all sides, fresh Cream or Whipped cream topping pineapple glace charry cut into four piece on top of the Pastries.  Cut square or rectangular wise.As you wish ♡♡♡♡

Strawberry and Pineapple pastries.

Method :

Butterfly pastries

Ingredients:
Eggs 6
Caster Sugar 6 ounces
Flour  6 ounces
Vanilla extract  1tesp

Method
Oven on before 10 min.
All the things should be room temperature.
Eggs + vanilla extract mix beat it.
Place cupcakes liner into tray.
Sief flour at a time.
Add sugar beat it again. Add flour
Fold batter.
One spoon fill it.
180c degree 10 - 15 mins

Butter icing
Unsalted butter 8 ounces
Icing sugar  8oz
Strawberry essence  1/2 tsp
Pink food colour  few drops

Method
Beat butter well, add icing sugar again beat then add colour and essence.

Method
Cut Cupcake top put butter icing.
Top pice cut into two pice.
Keep on butter icing.
Chocolate Ganache on the middle of wings. Or another flavour.

UMME ALI Baked Arabic dessert served warm

Ingredients:
Bakarkhani  5- 6
Milk  2 cups
Sugar  6tbsp
Cream  1 cup
Eggs 3
Cinemmn 1 pinch
Rose water 2tbsp
Leamon juice 2 tbsp
Almond  as garnished
Pistachio  as garnished

Method:
Cook milk and Sugar. Set Bakarkhani in the dish crush Bakarkhani all over the dish.Beat eggs, cream, cinemn powder, rose water and milk.Pour over it Squeeze Leamon juice at the end. Garnished almond and pistachio flakes. Bake 200c lastly done at golden brown.

Cinemn powder 1 pinch
Rose water  2tbsp
Leamon juice 2 tsp
Almond  as garnishing
Pistachio  as garnishing
Method:
Cook milk and sugar. Set Bakarkahani in the dish.crush Bakarkahani all over the dish.Beat eggs, cream, cinemn powder, rose water and milk.Pour over it. Squeeze leamon juice at the end.Garnishing almond and pistachio flakes. And Bake 200c lastly golden colour.

Chicken Patties

Ingredients:
Chicken breast 2
Onion 1 chopped
Garlic paste 1tesp
Milk 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
Maida 1tesp
Oil  2tbsp
Puff Pastry Dough 300gm
Egg  1
Method:
Preheated Oven to 180c degree.
Chicken breast boiled with salt and pepper. Heat oil add chopped onion fry.Add garlic fry lightly then add chicken Chadder fry add maida ,chicken powder, milk. Keep cool
Rollout dough and cut into round cutter. Brushing egg put it chicken batter cover another pice on it again brushed. Bake it
15 - 20 min.
