Ingredients
Brownie 5-6 or 2 cups
Nutella Hazelnut spread 1/2cup
Cream cheese ( phylidalphia )200gms
Caster sugar 1/2cup
Leamon juices 1tbsp
Coffee 1tbsp + 1tbsp water mix aside.
Whipped Cream 200gms
Fresh cream or milkpack cream
Gelatin 2tesp dissove into warm water 1/4
Method
Base :: 2cups of brownies broken into crumbs 1/2 cup Nutella.
In a bowl add the brownies crumbs and Nutella and mix well.
Press into a lightly greased 8" spring form pan. Set aside
Filling:::
200gms Cream cheese room temperature
1/2cup caster sugar, 1tbsp leamon juice.
2tesp gelatin mixed with 1/4 cup of water,
1tbsp instant coffee mixed with 1tbsp water.
3 - 4tbsp Nutella - heaped
In a large bowl add cream cheese and sugar and beat till light and fluffy.
Add leamon juice and mix well.
Then using a spatula fold in fresh cream and mix till it combined.
In a separate bowl add 1/2 the cream cheese mix.
In 1bowl add the chesse cake mix and pour over the brownies base.
Place in freezer to set a little.
Then add Nutella in the other half of the mixture and beat till well combined.
Once the coffee layer has formed up a little, pour over the Nutella cheese cake mixture and place in fridge.
Let it set for minimum 4 - -5 hours preferable overnight.
Before serving, pipe Whipped Cream decoratively on Cake.
Apply spray over it.

Hazelnut Cheese Cake
Marble Cake
Ingredients
Flour 300gms
Eggs 4
Caster sugar 250gms
Oil 250ml
Milk 250ml
Vanilla essence 1tesp
Baking powder 1-1/2tesp
Cocopowder 3tbsp
Method
9" round cake pan
Preheated oven 180c befor 10min
Eggs and sugar beat
Add oil slowly
Add milk and vanilla essence
Sieve flour and baking powder twice
When completed mixture divided into
tow portion.
1 part vanilla
1 part coco powder
When coco powder add mixture lightly beating.
Your cakepan is ready, grace it.
Pour white mixture then coco mixture
Repeat it round and round.
20 - 18 minutes will be ready. ENJOY

Chocolate Butter Cream cake.
Ingredients:
Butter 400gms
Sugar 400gms
Flour 400gms
B.power 4tesp
Eggs 8
Coco powder 8 tbsp
Vanilla extract 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
For icing
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup = 100gms
Vanilla essence 1 1/2 tesp
Icing sugar 300gm
Coco powder 1/3 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Milk 1/2 cup
Method:
Preheated Oven 350F ( 180c )
Preheated your pan by greasing
Line the bottom with parchment paper, lightly grease or spray the parchment paper.
In a bowl add butter and Sugar mix it well.
In separate bowl add flour, baking powder and coco powder. Sift and whisk to combine all dry ingredients.
Crak 8 egg separate egg whites and egg yolk.
Now butter and Sugar mixed add egg yolk one by one mix about 5 mins.
Add dry ingredients alternate adding the milk, about 1/3 at a time you want to begin
and end with dry.
Now egg whites beaten well.
Lastly folding egg whites into the mixture.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake at 180c for about 35-- 40 minutes
Until a toothpick comes out clean.
As you see in 5 mins that it has been cooling apply frosting. Let cool
Then 2 or 3 level of cake.
Applying frosting and decorate.

Strawberry Cake
Ingredients:
Eggs 4
Milk 1cup
Frozon strawberry 1cup
Butter 100 gm
Flour 3 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 1/2 tesp
Sugar 200gms
Strawberry jelly 2 packets
Method:
Prepare your pans by greasing the bottom with pan grease ( or use baking spray)
Preheated Oven to 180c degree
In the bowl of your stand mixer add 100gms softened unsalted butter.
Add to that 200gms of extra fine granulated sugar.
Set your mixture on low speed to cream the butter and Sugar from about 5 minutes.
In separate bowl, sift 3 1/4 flour add 1 1/2 B.power.
Whisk to combine all the dry ingredients.
Now combine liquid ingredients, 1 cup Strawberry puree, 1tesp strawberry extract, 1tbs vanilla extract, if you want the classic pink strawberry cake, add a few drops.
Stir the liquid ingredients to combine well.
In separate bowl add 4 large eggs.
Now the batter and sugar should be creamed about 5 min with your mixture running on low, add eggs one at a time.
Let each egg fully incorporate after each other.
Adddry ingredients and liquid ingredients alternate adding the dry and liquid ingredients, about 1/3 at a time you want to begin and end with the dry.
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Bake at 180c for about 30 - 35 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let your cake cool another 20 minutes to cooling rack let cool completely before frosting.
Frosting:
Cream cheese Philadelphia 200gms
Butter 100gms Baking
Sugar 200gms

Egg muffins
Ingredients:
8 eggs
1/2 cup of brocoil or spinach
1/2 cup of mushrooms
1 onion
1 tomato with out seed
1/2 bell peppers
Salt and pepper as you require
This recipe make 12 muffins
Method:
Preheated Oven to 180 degree grease muffin tin
In large bowl,whisk the egg to gather with salt and pepper to your liking .
Chopped onion, tomato, bell pepper
Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion but not golden add tomatoe suatey
Add bell pepper chopped fry lightly like omelet
Cut small piece of brocoil or spinch
Add all mix until combined well.
Pour the egg mixture into muffin tin.Bake for 25 - 30 min until the eggs are fluffy
and a toothpick in the centre come out clean.

Cream Caramel
Ingredients :
Eggs 8
Milk 1liter
Sugar 1cup
Vanilla essence 1tesp
Sugar, additional
Method :
Heat 5 tbsp of sugar with 2tbsp of water on very low flame for 10minutes till it Caramelizes.
Pour the syrup into a mould or dish you will use as a mould.
Beat together eggs, milk, 1cup of sugar and vanilla essence until the sugar dissovlves completely.
Pour into mould, over the sugar syrup.
Don't mix or stir. To bake in oven: preheat oven at 200c or gas mark 5 for 15 minutes.
Place the mould into a large dish filled with water.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Pierce the pudding with a knife; if it comes out clean the pudding is done.
Otherwise, bake 10 -15 minutes more.
Remove, cool and refrigerate for at least
2 hours.
To cook on the stove: bring a large pan of water to a simmering boil. Cover the mould with aluminum foil, sealing well and ensuring there are no gap.
Place it inside the pan of water and cook
For 35 - 40minutes.
Check for doneness with a knife.
Let cool and refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours.

KUNAFA CREAM
Ingredients:
500gms kunfa pastry
250gm melted butter
For cream
3 cups milk
3 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp sugar
2tbsp milk powder
Rose water and blossoms water
Sugar syrup: 1cup water 1cup sugar
For garnish, Pistachio Crunched
Method:
In medium saucepan on high heat, add milk&sugar mix well
Whisk half cup of water to cornstarch gently pour cornstarch into milk
Notice >become thick fast :)
Add milk powder and some rose water then mix
Pour the cream to large bowl & set aside
In an extra large bowl , add kunafa pastry breaking all strings apart with hands.
Add melted butter over pastry
Some roses water and sugar over mix it well with hands, until covered.
In a pie pan and half kunafa pastry & press down
Then add the cream filling add other half of kunafa pastry, press down gently
Bake in a preheated oven 400f, for 35 to 40 minutes.
When it's come golden brown from turn down over to serveing dish.
Pour cool sugar syrup over kunafa, Garnished with chopped pistachio, Enjoy<3

Apple pie
Ingredients:
Apple 1/2 kg
Risen 3tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tesp
Butter or corn Syrup 3tbsp
Flour 2tbsp
Puff pastry 300gm
Method:
Peel apple and cut into small piece
Mix all together well
Roll puff pastry rectangular way
Put it small amount of apple mixture and cover up from puff pastry.
Brushing egg and bake it. 1/2 hour for 200c.

Real Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
Spong cake,
Egg 3
Caster sugar 3 oz
Maida 2 1/2oz
Baking powder 1/2tesp
Chocolate essence 1/4tesp
Coco powder 1/2 oz
Method;
Whish eggs and sugar for 5 mins
Until the mixture is pale formy, and thick enough add essence.
Sieve maida, coco powder and baking powder together thrice, and fold in the mixture
Bake in a greased 10" round Cake tin a oven
Preheated to gas 5 for 15 minutes.
Icing butter cream
Butter 8oz
Icing sugar 4oz
Coco powder 2tbsp
Fewdrops of chocolate essence
Method:
Beat the butter until very soft and creamy
Gradully beat in the icing sugar, essence, and coco powder
Method:
Cut Cake horizontally into 2 layers
Brush with sugar syrup, sad which together with a little butter cream.
Cover the Cake and sides with remaining butter cream.
Topping:
Cooking chocolate 6oz
Melt cooking chocolate, add lukewarm milk in it cover the Cake with Chocolate and decorate with Chocolate chips remaining chocolate.

Strawberry Cake cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients:
Flour 2- 3/4 cups
Caster Sugar 2 cups
Jelly crystals 1 packet
Unsalted butter 200 gms
Eggs 4
Baking powder 2 1/2 tesp
Cornflour 1tesp
Milk 1 cup
Strawberry puree 1/2 cup
Strawberry essence 1tbsp
Strawberries for decoration

Preheated Oven on 175c
Sieve flour, baking powder and cornflour.
Beat butter add caster Sugar and beat more with electric beater.
Add strawberries jelly crystals beat to mix.
Now add one egg beat more add all egg one by one and keep beating.
Add strawberry essence, and flod flour with Spatula.
Flod strawberries puree beat to mix add milk gradually or slowly and flod flour mix it.
Pour the mixture into two greased 9" inch pan.
Bake at 175 degree c for 45 - 50 mins.

Ingredients:
Ghee 250gm
C.sugar 200gms
Maida 400gms
Suji 3 tbsp
Ilichi powder 1tesp
Baking powder 1/2 tesp
Badam - Pista slice
Method:
Put ghee in a thali add suji and rub well with your palm, when it changes colour and starts getting whithish, then add sugar and keep rubbing with your palms, then add in flour, and rub with your hands, lightly to form into a dough. Make balls and brushing with egg, sprinkle chopped Badam and pistachio and Bake on No 4 or 180c for 20 min.

The Best Oreo Cupcake
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
1 large chocolate pudding
1/2 cup of water
Semi - Sweet Chocolate Chips
About 6 very chopped Orea.
With the addition of chocolate chips and chopped Oreos, Really awesome treat.
Frosting:
1 package of cream cheese 8oz at room temperature
4 cup powder Sugar
1tb Vanilla extract
1 container of cool whipped 8oz ( thawed )
Method:
Bake in cupcakes liners for about 18 - 20 min 180c
While the cupcakes cool make the frosting.
Beat Cream cheese and Vanilla together until smooth and fluffy slowly add in the sugar while continuing to mix the cream cheese mixture.
On low speed add in cool whipped. You may need to allow the frosting to setup in cupcake and squeeze a little frosting into the centre. You will see the cupcakes puffup.
The frost the Cupcakes like normal and sprinkle with crushed Oreo.
If you'd like, Stick a piece of leftover Oreo in the frosting, for a little flair and extra cookie goodness.

INGREDIENTS:
Puff pastry dough 350gm
Chicken mince 250gm
Onion 1 chopped
Capsicum 1 chopped
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1tesp

Red chilli powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp

Spring onions 2 strands
Oil as required
Method:
Heat oil add chopped onion fry.Add garlic fry lightly then add chicken mince add black pepper, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt.Whisk eggs pour it.
Mix well sprinkle spring onions. Flam turn on Roll out the puff pastry addfilling on it.
Brushing egg all sides.Fold one side and turn over.Brushing egg on it.
Bake in a moderate oven 200c for 10 - 15 min till golden brown.

FERRERO ROCHER CUPCAKES
Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Butter 100gms
Sugar 100gms
Flour 100gms minus 2tbsp
Coco powder 2tbs
Baking powder 1 tsp heaped

Milk 2-3 tbsp
Method:
Beat sugar and butter till white and creamy, add vanilla extract, add egg one by one flour +baking powder + coco powder seive . Fold it then add milk mix into cupcake mixture.
Place cupcake cases into cupcake tray. Pour it one tesp of mixture of cupcake put it ferro and again pour one tesp mixture on it. Pre heated oven 180 degree. 15 - 20 minutes will be ready.
When all the cupcakes cool. Decor the cupcake

Black Forest Cake Whipped cream Frosting and Cherry topping.
Ingredients:
Eggs 4
Castet Sugar 4oz
Flour 3oz
Coco powder 1oz
Baking powder 1tesp
Baking soda 1tesp

Preheated Oven to 180c degree grease and flour dust 8" round Cake pan. Cover bottom with waxed paper.
In large bowl, Combine flour, Sugar, Coco powder, baking powder, baking soda. Add eggs, beaten with 1-2 tbsp milk and 1tesp Vanilla extract, beat until well blended.pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 - 35min until wooden toothpick inserted in centre comes out Clean.
Cool layers in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Loosen edges and remove to racks to Cool Completely.

Ingredients:
1 litter milk
10 tbsp Sugar
Ager ager 10gm
Ilachi pwder 1tesp
Pistachio chopped as required

Cook milk, sock ager ager or china grass 1 cup of water. When boiled milk add sugar cook until it will be thick, and dissolved china grass. Pour into the dish Sprinkle pistachio, set in cool place. Enjoy your treat.

Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese frosting.
Ingredients:
Butter 125gms
Flour 2 1/2 cups
B.soda 1tesp
B.powder 1tesp
Coco powder 2tesp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Butter milk 1cup
Vinegar 2 tsps
Eggs 2
Red food colour or gel colour
Frosting:
Cream cheese 4tsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
Method :
In a medium bowl. Combine flour, salt, coco powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside in a bowl of a stand mixture, Combine the butter and Sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs vanilla extract .Milk add vinegar and red food colour mix.Now add it to the Cake batter mixed scrape the side of the bowl and paddle as needed to ensure that all ingredients are incorporated. Add half of the flour mixture into the butter milk.In a small bowl quickly add it to the Cake batter while it is still bubbling.Mix for 10 -20 second.This help the Cake to be light and fluffy.
Grease 9" round Cake pan and bake at 170 c for 25 -30 mint or until a toothpick instead into the centre come out Clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 15 - 20 min remove from pan and Cool Completely on wire wrack.Frost as desired Cream Cheese recipe. Lastly Sprinkle some Decorating.

Ingredients:

Vanilla pudding mix 1 packet
Milk 2 1/2 -3 cups
Peanut butter 3/4 cup
And candy bar 3 cups chopped

Ingredients:
Eggs 3
Flour 6 tbsp

Spanish, Mushroom and Chicken Quiche

Sift flour & salt rub in butter and mix lightly till mixtures. Crumbles crumble. Add in yolk and knead with 2tbsp of Chilled water to form into a smooth dough.Roll dough to a 9" circle & spread in a tart tray.Prick and Bake for 10mim to 18min 180 c.
Remove. Cool base slightly & spread with spinach, Cottage Cheese and sliced mushrooms.
Filling:
Eggs 2
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Mushrooms 6 sliced
Spinach 1cup very finally sliced
Cottage cheese crumbled 4 oz or 1/2 cup
Chadder cheese 3 tbsp
Fresh cream 8oz
Koti hoi lal marchi 1/2 tsp
Method:
Beat eggs cream with seasoning and spread on top of the the vegetable in the tin.Sprinkle top with greated Chadder cheese & bake on No 180`C for 20 - 25min.
Mac Donald's Strawberry Shakes
Ingredients
Chilled Milk 1 1/2 cups
Strawberry Syrup 3-4 tbsp
Nesquick Strawberry Syrup 3 tbsp
Strawberry IceCream 4 - 6 scopes
Strawberry essence 1/2 tsp
Crushed ice 1cup
Blend all together.
Serves 3-4
